RFQ:

1. What does odex drilling entail?
ODEX is an adaptation of the air-operated down-the-hole hammer. Using an eccentric bit that swings out, it reams the bottom of the casing. Cuttings exit through a swivel and onto the ground or a sample collector after emerging through the drive sub and casing annulus. Remove the cuttings as soon as possible.

2. What PSI is required for air tools?

Ranging from 70 to 90 PSI
Most air tools require between 70 and 90 PSI. Any light-to-medium duty air compressor can easily reach 90 PSI, but it's always a good idea to have the compressor producing more flow than is necessary. Expert Opinion: Never discount a PSI score. The instrument will not operate correctly if there is not enough air volume.

3. How Functioning Are Casing Advancers?
The Casing Advancer's design allows for the simultaneous, integrated completion of drilling and casing. By taking out the drill rod string and rock bit from the large diameter hole and then reaming the casing back into the hole, this function saves time and work.
